The Wilson Wims Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is committed to continuing to grow our family-school partnership. We look forward to working together to build a strong community that fosters our students' educational and emotional needs.
Every family at Wilson Wims is encouraged to join the PTA. We meet on the first Tuesday of every month and hold awesome events for our students throughout the school year. The success of our events are made possible by the help of our amazing families, through volunteering and donating. Volunteering through the PTA keeps you informed of what's happening at our school, provides opportunities to engage with other parents, and connects you with your child through various activities.
Please visit our website frequently as we will update our events and needs under the "Events" tab. In addition, the PTA recommends that all families keep up on Facebook and WhatsApp for important news and alerts about school events.

Welcome to the 2024-25 school year!
The beginning of the year can be stressful as we adjust to new routines; however, it also provides great opportunities to bring us together. As we kick off the school year, please consider joining and volunteering through the PTA. We are an all-volunteer organization made up of parents just like you!
Our annual Wildcat Fun Run is just around the corner on October 11th and fundraising will begin on Sept. 18th. The fun run is our largest event of the year and with your help, will provide the funding needed to host all of the 2024-25 events of the school year! If you love Movie Night, the S.T.E.A.M. Expo, Spelling Bee, Multicultural Night, Bingo, Variety Show & more, please support the fun run. Let's get our highest participation yet!
Finally, please save-the-date for our first PTA Meeting of the year on Tuesday, October 1st at 6:30 in the Media Center. Our goal is to engage with even more families than ever before. Come out and meet the PTA Board - we look forward to meeting you and for the year ahead.
